"Pleco" id?

Saw this in a display tank at That Fish Place... anyone have any ideas what it is?

About 2.5", downturned sucker mouth like a pleco, but higher, less compressed body... sorry for less than stellar pic... didn't want to stay still. Would love to know what this pretty fish is...
