HELP urgent!!!!!

I accidentally spilled some methylene blue in my 40g cichlid tank. Only a very small amount. I unplugged all the filters and removed them from the water, and I'm changing out the water right now. It is only a very light blue. What else do I need to do? I'm very upset...a complete freak of an accident.

Just do a water change. Shouldn't be an issue at all.

Throw some carbon in the filter as well.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry to much. The toxicity doesn't seem to be all that great, except in high doses. In fact, it has a lot of medicinal uses.

Your fish should be fine, after the water change.
