In the third pic, his face is cut off, but the melanin pattern reminds me of a Placidochromis.

The one below him to the right (in the third pic) looks like a Vic of some sort.

This first pic looks like a Copadichomis. Did he have spots? Is he blueish?

no spots or blueish,got dark color and darker vertical lines , let see if i can't take more or better pics.but thanks,psilonatus tanzania is what someone said they where but not sure of source.

Protomelas spilonotus Tanzania has a different shaped head (bump over eye) and a very clear melanin pattern. See pic below (male and female). I'm fairly certain you have a different fish.

I still say it's a Vic of some sort. Shape of the head, slightly yellow coloration, eye strip and red margin on the dorsal.

The blue fish has too much yellow above the lateral line to be P. spilnotus and doesn't have horizontal melanin (you should be able to still see it when they are colored and sporting the dominant vertical bars). Looks more like a peacock of some sort.

ok thanks , one thing i was right couldn't believe the source that told me what kind of fish that was lol.
