Can't Get My Water Clear

Hello All -- In my 29g Tank I have 6 williamsi fry and 6 cheware fry. For filtration I have an aq30 and a penguin 200. For some reason, I cannot get the water clear. It is not cloudy, but it looks like it has small particles floating around. I did a 40% water change today and I am seeing the same result. Any thoughts? Is the penguin 200 just a lousy filter?

I would chuck the penguin and the 30 and get an AC70 for the tank. Get an extra sponge slated for one of the smaller AC's and put it on the intake.

So hasty you are...

HOB filters all do the same thing - just put sponge pre-filters on both, give it a few days and you'll be fine.

I agree with Avatar. I use an emperor 280 HOB filter. Works much better with a pre-filter... And regular cartridge replacements .
