Black Congo Calvus

Some good news and a surprise for me today. After talking to Jim Peck and Christine about my White Calvus at the meeting. I was telling them how hard its been for these Black Congo to get to breed. Jim tells me you need to keep a eye on them when you think they have bred. I check from time to time for fry and finally today she has left the shell and there is a nice clutch of fry . This has been a 2 year project for me to get this group to breed. They probably have been I'm sure it just my luck today I found the fry. I put the shell with the fry in a hang on tank nursery .. I'll keep you all posted. Thanks again Jim .

Fry

I usually don't have a problem raising the fry. its just a very long process.
BTW there must be 50 fry .:lol::lol::lol::lol:
