I'll be there with my party hat on ready to go. I think F8lbite will be joining us too. Throw in the ladies and we have a good time lined up. Party on Wayne...

Yes, Banquets are almost always closed well in advance.
Usually the club has to give the hotel the number for the banquet around a week in advance so they can plan things like how much food, tables, manpower etc.
Usually the same is true for some other items like the fish show.
I think we closed the fish show entries 3 days before Aquafest.

Usually they close the fish show entries almost a month before the ACA conventions.
I think they are accepting fish show entries as swim-in's for the catfish convention. For me it would make it hard. How many tanks does the club need to set up if you don't know how many fish are coming ? LOL

Anyway you can still register the day of. Just not for Banquet.

Still have not fixed the Green/Red thing. I figured it would wait unti
the next upgrade of the system. Then hopefully they will be the right color again. LOL

The OCA does the fish show different. They set up the stand and air. You have to bring your own tanks. LOL Less work for them.
