What are your reasons for wanting an fx6 over the fx5?

I have a friend who bought an fx6 and then sold it for an fx5 I jave heard the fx5 and fx6 are very similar the specs show the fx5 moves more water the design is almost exactly the same. There are people saying the fx6 is or did replace the fx5 bit I don't know how true that is

i actually ment fx 5. and you r right what i have been reading people r saying the the 5's are better. to be honest i would not mind doing a sump the o0nly thing is that it is in the living room and the a sound of the water will get old very quick

Substrate is black diamond medium sand I love this stuff three pieces of drift wood and a strawberry pot. The main piece of wood is a huge piece that I got from Reed at Aquamaina.
