Picked up a couple more from Hans week and half ago and this guy was posing. When I get red fish, they are not so red after I get them in my tank. I can't imagine what some of my fish could look like in someone else's tank who really know how to take care of discus and bring out their colors...

I had the chance to Hans's set-up and Pat's fish room during my visit last week. Here are some of the pictures I took:

I was at Hans' place to pick up some discus over the weekend. He has a nice display set up and took a few pics with my phone. The tanks is 5 X 3 X 2. Goes to show a nice set up doesn't necessarily have to be big. Sorry for the crappy looking photos, but wanted to share.

I spent a few hours today at the NJAS Fall Auction. Best part of the day was seeing Discus Hans and Joanne there. Hans swept the top three places in the Discus Show...way to go Discus Hans!!!

I just wanted to thank Hans for opening his doors to all of us today. It was a great experience. I have a tank that I am planning for now. I will have a Discus tank soon. I had heard they were difficult to keep. From the sound of things "tap water" anyone can own them. I look forward to...
