Please let me know your experience with these two being tankmates. My Caudopuncatus were quite aggressive and I don't want the same episode.
55 Gallon tank, with 8 Utintas so far.
3 adult males available. I picked these up to compliment my recent group from SI Cihlids. Now I'm ultra male heavy.....
$30 for 3 adults males. Can bring to tomorrows meeting.
Sorry, no pics available right now....
So my Kitumbas arrived today. YAY.
But one of them is doing a headstand and looking a bit flustered by his status. BOO.
Any quick fix to helping this guy reset his ballast tank or it just a matter of time until he walks the plank.....?

(4) J. marlieri
(5) N leleupi
(5) L. chizmulae (these guys are gonna have to go)
(2) black calvus (2")
(2) breeding pair of Neolamprologus olivaceous

Holding Cyps sure do enjoy showing off their fry. There must be dozens of similar photos floating around the www of these little eyes peeking through the cheeks of mama. Never get tired of looking at them though. :cool0027:
This breeding thing is pretty easy. Decided to pull my holding cyprichromis leptosoma utinta this morning out of the 120g tank. Removed about 75 pounds of rock and half an hour later had her in the 2 1/2.
Reorganized the 120 and did a water change.
Tried to take some photos of "eyes" in...
