WTB: Weld on 16

hey does anyone know where to buy weld on 16 ie. homedepot or lowes? Im looking to add a layer to reseal my Aqueon proflex sump model 4 to make sure there are no leaks. would that be a good idea? thanks

According to a thread on reef central it is not recommended to do that on the whole seem but it's ok to use to seal a small spot that's leaking.
