Go fish has them but for the amount I want Im not looking to pay full retail. If no one has locally I'll just order from live aquaria since I'll hit their free shipping threshold. I'll let you know if you want to jump on board

Cardinal are usually exempt from live arrival guarantees because they ship and transition poorly. A LFS is probably your safest bet.
