This years schedule is auction registration starts @8pm and the auction starts @8:30pm and goes til we sell everything.

Correct. We used to start the auction later, but it made for a long day and some people couldn't attend, so we moved it up and it seems to work better, just means we have to start bagging earlier. Not a terribly long auction, generally we're around 70 lots, so now we can generally wrap up closer to 10, and people can get back to hospitality and socializing, or sleep for some crowds.
