I feel like it's ridiculous that they make this plastic channel so shoddy, that normal use is going to break it. It's the Eheim Ecco Pro. This is what the handle locks into and has to resist against to prime.
I called Eheim's customer service, and the guy was really weird. Acted like he had no idea what he was doing there.
Told me to send in pics, and there's been absolutely no response.
Is there any fix for this? A new canister is more than I paid, and going to just do the same thing again.
