Integrated surface skimmer, pump located so no priming, adjustable flow, large media basket and a design that makes the water go through the basket.

The largest is still only 14 watts, so seems like it will be quiet.

If the pump is in the water, as I think it is, it should be pretty quiet.

I have one it is quiet motor wise, waterfall noise as with most HOB cannot be avoided. One down side is full blast some of the water flows over the basket and out the filter without ever coming into contact with the media. With the adjustable flow turned down a little I don's see a big problem. Even then it is doing a good job on my 90 gal mbuna setup.

I bought one for my daughter'a guppy tank. It is indeed very quiet. It came with a big sock filled with seachem matrix and a single sponge. As stated in the post above and several videos the side of the basket that lies against the back is flimsy and does not really stay flush, allowing for media bypass if you turn everything up. Otherwise it's a bit big. I did not clip the heater to it and did not have to install the big blue clip.
