Top is nimbochromis polystigma (I believe on the species, definitely a nimbo species), female. Not common, not rare.
Bottom is a ctenopoma, or climbin perch. Cool fish, again, not common but not rare.
Not trying to damage your sale, just trying to help give you a better idea on how to price them. If I didn’t already have venustus in my tank, I’d tank her off your hands, but nimbos will hybridize
