Well.... we look for anything that looks man made....

We are looking for a couple of boats from the civil war.... but really anything old.

We also maintain the U-1105 german u-boat.... that is what we were doing last weekend. We put up the lines, balls, and clear off fishing line so other divers can dive it.

So there is a sunken german U-boat in the Chesapeake? Wow, I can't believe they were that close. Very intresting.

Yes there is a u boat....... no this sub was not that close. The u-1105 was captured by us and then later used as depth charge target. Much of it still reaminas though. It's right by the military field in southern MD .. off piney point I believe.

But there were U-boats right off the coast of north carolina and nj. The U-352 is only a couple mile or so out...

Yes the Germans got VERY close.... there are hundreds of wrecks off the coast of Nc just from ww2.... but there are thousands in total.

Maryland has a lot of wrecks as well.... thosands and thousands.........
