Malawi tank for Molly dither fish?

Anyone keep mollies in their Malawi set up? How do they do?

My young Hap borleyis are voracious, but I need someplace to put my mollies and also like keeping livebearers with piscivorous bc of their never ending spawning.

I think some folks do keep livebearers with rift lake Cichlids. I've seen some setups where they do well with Tangs. They enjoy the hard water and they fill in the gap at the top of the tank thats sometimes empty if you have a bottom dwelling cichlid.

If they're going to be in with fast, boisterous mid-water swimmers, make sure they are also fast swimmers. I have some large goodeids in with some mbuna in one tank.
