Looking for the best PAR38 LED bulbs

So I'm thinking about doing two par38 bulbs on my 50 gallon build. They would have to be dimmable, at least 1100 lumens (at least I think thats what I need), have a good full spectrum, and high, CRI. would also prefer a somewhat tight beam so I can hang the lights higher. I plan on setting it up open top and add some floating plants.

I found these, but the price seems a bit high and availability is a question.

This one seems perfect. Sent an email and asked if they are dimmable and if they are available in the USA, no response.

This one looks good as well, but would like to know the kelvin range. 5000k seems a bit low for appearance. 93 CRI would be great.

This one might be perfect, but no CRI or lumens listed (emailed, no response yet), and 80$ is WAY to much.

This one seems very good as well, but the is still a little steep.

Dam these thing are pricey.

Also, now that some of the manufacturers are FINALLY making some programmable LED compatible dimmers, I am thinking of using something like this to control the lights.

I am also wondering if some of you would find these dimmers useful. I would think that if you had all the tanks setup with something like dimmable LED tubes, this could control all the lights in a fish room.
