Has anyone wired a hood with an icecap ballast? A friend of mine attempted to and ended up throwing a breaker in his house...also the light doesn't work after the sparks flew. If anyone knows anything about them I would appreciate them replying and possibly indicating they might come to the meeting...it might mean I can get a new member to join! (which we could get some points for too)
