On December 23, 2022, Congress passed a bill that was signed by President Bin that officially changed the name of the Mount Joy Post Office to the Harold Billow Post Office Building. Mr. Billow severed with the 285th F.A.O.B. along with my father in WWII. Mr. Billow passed recently. He was the last remaining survivor of the Malmedy Massacre.
