GPH For African Tang 90 Gallon Tank

I have multiple pumps but not sure if I have the right one. What should my GPH be on a 90 gallon tank. I have a Lifeguard Aqautics 2200 pump rated near 600 GPH. Is that good enough? I read online that 10-12 times tank turn over is needed. so I would be looking at a minimum of 900 GPH on that ratio.

Opinions and thoughts on the matter are greatly appreciated.

If anyone is willing or wanting to trade I have a new Lifeguard Aquatics 6000 pump. That is to much for my tank.

Are you just using the pump for water circulation in the tank?

I would be interested in the pump. What are you looking for. I have some HOB filters, both new and used. Let me know what you are looking for.
