Fish Bags

Anyone know a good source for fish bags. I am not really interested in buying them from the pet store at the mall for $0.10 a piece.

It is fine for a few, but I have bigger plans in mind.

My LFS won't even sell them at all.

I usually end up getting mine off of aquabid.com Most of the prices are good and you can get a good choice of sizes.

The one store I deal with will give me a few and I have also
bought them at some of the fish shows.
There are a couple of online dealers that have them also.
I have purchased from Ken's previously but not online. At major shows.
Jehmco is a supply house for most fishroom needs. I have purchased
other things from them but not bags. They do have them, just never
tried them for bags before.

If you want to buy the breathing Kordon bags you can buy them at www.Novalek.net

They have to be treated differently than normal bags though.

No air inside the bag, only water
Don't let the filled bags touch each other. Wrap them in newspaper
Don't float the bags.

If you pack them right the fish seem to do much better with them.

25 4" x 8" bags are $2.25.

I have bought from both jehmco and kensfish at least twice, kens 4 times, and both are excelent to deal with. I get bags at jehmco, but kens might be cheaper.
