DC Water Temporarily Stops Chloramine Use

This year’s chlorine flush will be from now until mid-may. Any tips for how to adjust my tank cycling/water change process?

If you are already treating for chloramine, no need to change your process. Chlorine is easier to remove than chlorine. The problems arise when people are used to chlorine and they get put on chloramine...that's when people usually lose fish. You can read the instructions on your dechlorinator to adjust for chlorine instead of chloramine, but IMO I wouldn't.

I wouldn't worry here. Chlorine is actually easier to get rid of than chloramine. You can aerate your water and get rid of it. To my knowledge, every chemical that treats chloramine will get rid of chlorine.
