Crazy...

Earlier at today's meeting, I snagged a pair of large, thick, superb electric blue acaras. They have been in my 220 for mere hours, and as I type this, appear to be clearing a spawning spot on a flower pot. WOW... if these spawn, that'll be a personal record. I forget where these came from, but they are awesome! Unbelievable!

Rich, I hope they spawn for you. They were bought by me at the BFD from Jen Williams. The larger would display, especially after water changes, but the smaller never showed interest. I'm glad that both ended up with you.

Thanks, all... and glad to know where they came from. I've never kept acaras. Very interesting behavior. They've quickly become a couple of my favorite fish in my collection!
