Advice of the week
Over the years I have tried several foods with my fish. I have found that the Xtreme Cichlid food line works best for them. Xtreme Cichlid PeeWee works well on most African Cichlids that are 1.5 inches or larger. Some Lethrinops, particularly Red Caps need to reach 2 inches before they will consistently eat this food. Xtreme Cichlid PeeWee helps to bring out the best color in these fish and it rarely causes bloat in peacocks unless peacocks are overfed. You can order this food in the 2.8 Ib size to be added to a fish order or picked up locally on my website. I hope to receive a new order list from my wholesaler late this weekend and hope to have it posted by Monday night. Watch for it on the website. Remember these types of fish are normally not carried in house and need to be prepaid. I hold them in quarantine and treat them for external issues and internal works over a two week period before releasing them to the customer. If I lose any, I will refund them. I also do this will all my incoming fish to ensure healthy quality fish.
