Can anyone I.D. this cichlid? African or American?

We have an African Cichlid tank up and running for ca. 6 months with lively juveniles. Recently added a few, but we cannot identify this one. Is it African? If so, what kind? Or is it American? It looks possibly like it might be a young Salvini? . . . or maybe a young Rainbow cichlid? What say you??

I would say some sort of African cichlid. Doesn't look like salvini or heterospila to me.

It just looks like it _might_ be a herotilapia multispinosa.

We figured it out! This is a Kribensis Rock Cichlid (Haplochromis sauvagei) originating from Lake Victoria. Just needed enough boolean search parameters in our google hunt to narrow it down.
