Angel tank mates

I have a 29gal with 5 angels. I was thinking of adding maybe platy’s. Or maybe some other fish that would eat flakes as they sink. Not sure what fish are the best opportunists when it comes to eating sinking food. I know there’s no magic solution to proper tank maintenance. But, these guys let a lot of food go to waste.
thanks

You could try a trio of corydoras (Cory cats), but your tank is already a little overcrowded. If the fish aren't eating what you're feeding them, you may be overfeeding them.

I had some cory’s in there years ago. One lasted a long time and was huge. Also, had kuli loaches. I guess a while without bottom feeders is showing. Maybe, I’ll try one or two cory’s, again. And less feeding.
