Local Pickups

My wife is going through a struggle right now. Local pick-ups need to be limited to days and times when she has a visiting angel.

Local Pickups (choose "Local Pickup - PA" during checkout) are normally done at one of the below agreed-upon times:

Normal pickup days are: (Weather Permitting)

Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. (Unless I have to ship fish by SWA Cargo that day)

Tue: between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. (No local pickups on Tuesday when new fish are arriving or if I am Shipping by SWA Cargo that day

Friday between 12:00 and 2:30 pm.

Saturday: between 12:00 and 2:00 every other week when the Angel works. Due to the Easter Holiday and a personal commitment, the next time the Angel works on Saturday is not until April 24. Hopefully, my wife will be better before then.

Shipping:

UPS shipping is limited to shipping on Wednesday for now

SWA Cargo is limited to Monday shipping by the Harrisburg runner for delivery out of BWI (Baltimore) on Tuesday.

Nyassochromis prostoma are tempting, not often seen. I think Tony had a different species that were interesting and pretty.

Best of luck to your wife.

Thank you. Julie is getting slowly better. Nyassochromis males are quite nice when they color. They are very peaceful and somewhat shy fish and may take some time to color in an all-male tank. They may be better in species-only tanks. Worth trying. Because they are rare, and breed easily, they should be a great fish for B.A.P.

Best wishes for you and your wife, Jay!

Nyassochromis prostoma are great fish - as you say, quite peaceful, attractive fish. They are too mild to be kept in a typical hap and peacock tank (at least if you want to see them color up or breed). I've kept them with livebearers and even tetras without issues.
