So I bought an edsal rack from Lowes. So far I can't get the tank to sit flush and it has a gap in one spot. If I can't get it the tanks to sit nice and even then I might be taking someone up on helping me build one. Thanks!

Can't tell from your picture but if its leaking from the radiator core or tank sides. If it is the core you could get it repaired by a radiator shop. If its from the plastic tank sides forget about it and get a new one.
