Careful what you wish for

I realized a while back that, while I've spawned Kribs (Pelivicachromis pulcher) many times over the years, I've never actually submitted a BAP spawning report for them. When Viktor (halak) offered up some spare pairs on the GWAPA forum, I figured I'd give it a go again. Afterall, the kribs he has are some of the loveliest I've ever seen and they're not hard to work with. I picked my pair up last night. As of this morning they'd taken over a pleco cave that the male Krib barely fits in and were taking turns going in and out of it while chasing off other inhabitants of the tank I put them in.

I'm pretty sure that's a record for fish in my house - It took them about 13 hours to pick a spot and spawn.
