Anyone collect driftwood locally

I have a fairly empty 180g show tank that I'd like to add some hardscape to. Driftwood prices online and in stores are wild. I live walking distance to the Potomac and am thinking about hunting for some pieces there.

I’ve gotten a few pieces from the Potomac in my tank right now. Boiled, bleached, dechlorinated and dried outside for a couple months.

Just stay away from pine.

Yes, from the reservoir, or just my backyard. (Dense) Hardwood is important.
