    Hi does anyone culture/grow scuds either for food of freshwater bio filter systems? If so I am interested . I have a supplier from ebay but would love to buy from someone local or from CCA . In time I may have a established scuds farm of my own but for now I'd like a new...

    Gammarus shrimp (scuds)

    Anyone have experience raising these for live food? Sounds like they can become a pest if introduced into a tank with no predator, but otherwise, might be a great option for some types of fish. Specifically, I'm thinking of my Altos.....they seem to really get into that "hunt and seek" mode...
