I would like to add a canister filter. The filter right now is a emperor 400, with added bioballs. Im looking for something rated for at least a 75, and under $100. It would be preferred if it came with media. Any suggestions?

Hey, I was thinking of adding some additional filtration for my 37 gallon. I am currently only using an Aquaclear 70 filter. Would another AC 70 work? Should I try to incorporate a canister or is that overkill? If a canister works, any suggestions?
