This message got lost in the move (I think Pat did it on purpose)

This months program is
"Why I go to fish conventions - and you should too!" by Pat Kelly

Patrick Kelly is from Forest Hill Maryland where he lives with his wife, youngest son, 3 cats and 53 tanks of fish. Over the years he has gotten in and out of the hobby several times. Each time he gets back in, his hobby gets bigger so his wife will not let him get out again.

Pat is a member of the Aquarium Club of Lancaster County, The New England Cichlid Association, The Greater Washington Aquatic Plant Association, The Potomac Valley Aquarium Society, The American Cichlid Association, and he is the President of the Capital Cichlid Association.

Over the last 6 or 7 years he and his wife have managed to attend a good number of fish conventions and his talk will be about the why. Why he goes. Why his wife goes. And why you should too.

Just to let everyone know, you can expect some nice discus and angelfish for the auction. These are locally raised by a new member (John Burns). So makes some quarantine tank space and bring some money.

I'm also planning to bring some longfin bristlenose cats, including some that are breeder sized. They go really well with Discus and Angels, so come and get 'em!

I just wanted to let everyone know

Yes, it was a great meeting. We had a really nice turn out and nice fish for the auction.

I'm looking forward to some of the conventions this year. Already booked by room for the ACA in Ohio!
