I use frozen bloodworms, brine and baby brine, myasis, turkey heart, occasional beef heart for discus when they don't like to eat although they have shifted to blood worms, and of course, krill which seems to be in everything frozen.

I use earth worms when available. They are one of the best live foods you can feed your cichlids (with the exception of herbivores of course).
