Fish id help

I had a kid buy some fish from me today and he asked if I knew what this kind of fish he had in another tank was. I tips him I would let some experts look at his photo and get back with him.

I kinda thought it was, it looked liked some I had seen when I started getting into the hobby but wasn't sure since it doesn't have a big lump on its head, I don't know much about flowerhorns
