Lol! I'm up bc baby woke up...then got her to sleep. I can't sleep now and then thought what would your scientific name be if you were a fish?
So I guess a mix of name and heritage etc... no real rules I guess

(Name) (Moms granp)(Fathers granp)

There was a thread from 2004 when I got my scientific name.

I used to bring chicken wings to all of the meetings and the following posts were copied from a holiday party thread.

And Pat, c'mon, aren't you even going to tell the people who couldn't make it about your new taxonomic classification? :lol:

This is an older undescribable species.
It has been bred only 3 times, succesfully. The males flirting or courtship has been observed, but the actual breeding has never been witnessed or photographed. (we think) :rolleyes:
The fry are very large but seem to be dependant on the parents for many years.
