Need to Rehome dachshund

Sadly I am forced into a situation where I need to rehome my little friend. I have been working crazy hours and there is no end in sight. I have had my red dapple dachshund since he was a puppy, he is a pure bred unfixed red dapple dachshund. Both my self and my wife are gone for 12-14 hrs a day and it is to much for him. He is both cat and kid friendly, and sleeps under the covers next to you. As much as it breaks my heart I have to find my friend a new home. He can not be left alone for that long of a period.
