For Trade 220g

I have a 220 oceanic currently set up in garage that i'd like to trade for a 180.

The issue with the 220 is the original owner broke the center plastic braces so he had 2 metal braces fabricated. I'll get pictures later this evening. The tank has a tinted black back, one big scratch on the front glass, and some kind of film on the outside glass in one spot. I've tried to remove the this "film" but have had no luck.

I really would like a 180 because i cant stand tall tanks... Any takers?

I'd have to pass on the 125 for now.

It's a glass tank. Below are pics of the tank and the metal braces.

Here are the pics of the scratch and the "film" on the glass for anyone interested. I don't know what it is or if it can be removed. When it's wiped with a wet towel it disappears for a second and shows again. I had to use the flash so you could get a better idea of how much of it was on the tank. Its a lot harder to see when looking at it in person

I would take the offer for the 125 to be honest... Your tank seems to have a lot of wear and tear and it is original. Just my 2 cents...

I appreciate the suggestion and concern. I'm not looking to go down to a 125. I enjoy the footprint of a 220/180. I may just end up selling it if i cant find a trade in the next week or so.

Gotcha... I would strongly recommend using the methods above to remove marks film etc. before selling though... It will not be worth as much... Good luck with sales!
