LED shop lights

Hey everyone,

I just acquired a bunch more tanks so I've been looking for most cost effective ways to light, filter, etc. Searching on Amazon I came across these shop lights, in a four pack only $15.49 each, so I got one and it arrived today. It is not as good as my Coralife lights but for a fraction of the cost I can't argue with it.

It's 5000k, 2200 lumens, and T5, will it grow plants?

I'm testing it out over break so we'll see. Either way it is still a heck of deal.

Lucas, hard to tell, but does it come with an on/off switch anywhere?

Yep there is a switch a little further down the cord.

I think it will suit slow-growers. Java fern, mosses, anubias, some crypts, etc. Might have better results if you lower it.

I might try to build a little housing for it because it rolls. That's the only reason why it's up high.
