You are what you eat - A few Documentaries on Food

A lot of folks here go a great length to provide their fish with healthy and well balanced nutrition. I wonder how many of us take as much care and give as much thoughts on what we eat. I have been trying to eat better and healthy for the last few years. Just saw a few documentaries on this topic and wanted to share. Feel free to share your thoughts and opinions. I will never eat another meal at a fast food restaurant.

Not that I had soda often before (may be once a week or so), but decided I don't really need to have soda. I haven't had soda in over a month now. Only bad food I ate over the last month was a hot dog during golf. Ordered one out of habit and after ordering it, I realized I just ordered something that was even worse than a burger from a fast food restaurant. I thought about not eating it, but they had nothing else due to winter season for the kitchen and I was pretty hungry.
Hope everyone makes 2014 a healthier year!

Wanted to update this thread after seeing the massive ground beef recall. You really don't want to know what's in the ground beef. I have gone to chick-filet a couple of times since last November. No other type of fast food. Had a hamburger once at a hotel after confirming that the ground beef was 100% angus but I actually don't know whether it was mass produced ground beef or not. I don't know if I necessarily feel better than I used to since I stopped drinking soda, stopped eating fast food, and trying to eat healthier since November last year, but I feel good about trying to take better care of my body. Haven't been to a doctor in over five years so it's not like I was in poor health, but hopefully, it will pay dividends in the future.
