Tough to tell as melanin patterns will vary within populations.
Based on the fact that the melanin is not clearly defined spots and more of a broken line, I'd lean towards Protomelas over Copadichromis. With the nose line sort of concave by the eye, I'd agree with Andrew and guess spilonotus Tanzania. They get sort of a "beak" as they mature.
Where did you get this fish? If it was a chain store, I'd lean towards something more common.

Got them from someone getting out of hobby,
I got some red empress and they are slightly diferent,
One of them is holding from someone in the tank???

If you mix whatever it is (female) with a Red Empress male, then they WILL breed.
Just make sure that you don't sell the fry as "red empress" (or better yet let the fry out of your possession).
