Mbuna stocking

I'm considering moving my grow out which is in the living room to the basement near the large all male show tank. I have been doing Haps and peacocks for the last year and I'm now considering making the living tank a 75 mbuna tank. Is there a best way to stock? M to F ratio. Types of mbunas, etc?

One male three females usually dont get a whole lot of males thought unless you have tons of room and a whole lot of hiding spaces.I have made the mistake of putting several males into my 110 gal huge mistake it turned into a huge fighting arena i have four males and unfortunately when its time to mate they turn into little devil's

What would you like? Some Mbunas like M/F ratio of 1/4, some like Demonsoni 1/7.
With a 75gal (assuming it is 48" long), I would shoot for 3 groups.
