I have some still maturing....no breeding yet, though. I got mine from Batfish. Which variant is your friend looking for?

to be honest im sure he has no idea of what variant . what type are available? im sure he just saw a picture and says he wants them,

I don't recall the specifics....but there are two geographical variants. One that stays tan-colored, then turns black (which is the kind I have) during spawning. There's another that matures to black and stays black.

He did say he wants the black fish. so it sounds like the one that matures black and stays black is the fish he is looking for. Thank you Christine

Christine we found the fish we where looking for @ BlueChip Aquatics they has W/C adults not shown on there website for lack of interest. $15 each plus shipping. Thank you again for your help.
