Problems with Ken's Fish?

I've ordered from Ken's for years, never any problems, though since the free shipping on $50 I've noticed a lack of free samples of flakes. However, that may simply be because I never bought any of the sample varieties (?) But overall I can't find a better price anywhere, and aside from stockouts I've never had a cause to complain. Darn other people buying what I want first anyway...

My last order came in within 2 days. I think whatever happened before must've been a result of Boston's winter.
