At first I would say it's an Aulonocara maulana peacock. However the white blaze is too pronounced and extends into the forehead. This is a characteristic of Sciaenochromis fryeri.

Most likely it is a hybrid of the two which is fairly common.

Chris, here's a short video of my maulana. They normally have a smaller white stripe at the top and a little more yellow down through the chest and pelvic fins.

I just have a handful of fry growing out at the moment. Keeping the parents for now.
