I got home to day to find one of my Ophthalmotilapia nasuta mukosa holding. She is the smallest female in the group and I didn't expect to have this happen so soon. I am sure she will swallow or spit. It is just really cool to see it happen.

Amazingly enough she carried to term and spit out 3 fry today. I was going to strip her as it had been going on three weeks but she spit them out in the bucket. Two of the three are already eating crushed Cobalt Spirulina-Mysis flake food. I hope the third one comes around. This is way earlier than I expected. First picture is of Dad. He is not even fully colored up yet. Thanks to Jim Peck as some of the advise he gave me was instrumental to this small success.
