Issues with Profile and Forum Pics

Can an admin or someone explain why I can't upload or profile pics. It just says that the site cant handle the request.:wacko:

it did that to me. but on top it said the file size was too large. maby the max file size for uploads was changed. ive been using a website to host images into the posts

I'm having trouble uploading images.... tried on multiple browsers and devices.

Upload Errors DSC_0400.jpg:
This is not a valid image file.

Tried with photos from mulitple sources, even went to command line and renamed the files... same thing.
