Is a Repti-glo light safe for fish

Hi i have a 75 gallon African tank and I was wondering if I can use a light that I have kicking around, its a repti-glo 8.0 30w but is says for reptiles only, will this harm my fish

Reptile only is probably noted due to the light not being waterproof or wateresistant, not for wavelength etc
