Well I made the DIY sliding glass covers for my 75 gallon. I have seen these on many forums. I added my own little touch. Instead of buying a glass canopy handle from marine land or the like I framed out the glass which was very sharp to begin with, with plastic tile moulding. The front piece I used was tileboard moulding the sides and back are plastic channel moulding. No only does it protect the sharp edges from cutting my arms when cleaning but it gives it a more finished look with a low profile handle for people who have the light hover low over their tank. All parts were purchased from Lowes. Here's a Pic
